Millions of people are cyber bullied online. And lots of people get away with this. Students need to be aware of this. This leads on to never give personal information away.
Firstly I found out that about of people are cyber bullied. Sometimes the victim of the cyber bullying might not even know them and lose confidents. People are also bullied in texts because of people have a phone.
Secondly never talk to people you don’t know because they might say they are 15 years old, but they might acutely be a 50 year old. This leads on to don’t give personal information to anyone on any website, things as simple as your name, age, date of birth, address or even favourite things.
Thirdly I think if you get cyber bullied you should keep the evidence of the cyber bullying for proof. What ever people say to you don’t let it get to you because if you do it will torcher you and telling someone doesn’t hurt either.
Did you know: 70% of grade 5/6 students use portable internet devices in their bedrooms, this means 70% of students have a likely chance of being cyber bullied online, 70% of 14-15 years old don’t follow cyber safety advice as well.
49% of people have been cyber bullied online and 51% of people have not been cyber bullied online. 62% of grade 5/6 students have been cyber bullied.
94% of people have a phone and 44% of grade 5/6 students have a mobile phone so that means 94% of people have a possible chance of being bullied in a text message, because 32% of people have been bullied in a text message. That means 56% of grade 5/6 students that haven’t been bullied in a text.
So in conclusion I think you should be aware of what you say, post or even comment or like. I think you should just use appropriate site and talk to only people you know.
